1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RepuLink reputation management platform (the "Service"), provided by RepuLink ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RepuLink is a multi-tenant software-as-a-service (SaaS) application designed for multi-location businesses, franchises, and enterprise clients. The Service aggregates customer reviews from public sources—specifically Trustpilot, Google Maps Reviews, TripAdvisor, and Glassdoor—into a unified inbox. RepuLink provides analytics, comparative location rankings, automated alerting (Slack and email), and AI-generated response drafts.

3. Platform Restrictions & Scraper Compliance

RepuLink strictly complies with the terms and security requirements of the public platforms we monitor.

• No Auto-Posting: RepuLink does not auto-post replies directly to external review platforms. To protect your listings and respect third-party Terms of Service, the Service generates response drafts, copies them to your clipboard, and redirects you via deep-links to post manually on the respective platforms.
• Scraping Limits: Ingestion rates and review volume limits are controlled programmatically. We strictly adhere to platform quotas and crawl delays to prevent abuse.

4. User Accounts & Subscriptions

To access the Service, you must create a registered account and select a subscription plan (Solo, Growth, Chain, or Enterprise). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email and password) and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription limits (such as the number of monitored locations and team seats) are enforced based on your selected plan. We reserve the right to restrict access to locations or features if subscription payments are past due.

5. AI Content and Accuracy

RepuLink utilizes advanced large language models (LLMs) to suggest replies, analyze review sentiments, and cluster topics. While our AI engines are configured to write high-quality replies tailored to your brand voice, you are solely responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-suggested content before publication. We make no guarantees regarding the legal accuracy, appropriateness, or sentiment classification of AI-drafted replies.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepuLink and its officers, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business reputation, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms of Service or failure to pay subscription fees.
